Community Health Partners (CHP) is a faith-based non-governmental organization committed to providing quality, accessible healthcare to underserved communities in the Mara region of Kenya. Founded in 1994, we work alongside local communities to improve health outcomes through sustainable programmes and dedicated facilities.

Immunization Advocacy

Focused on increasing domestic financing for immunization and improving the distribution of vaccines from national to county level in Narok County

Sexual and Reproductive Health

Designed to address gender inequalities affecting the health and wellbeing of women and girls in Narok County.

HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment

The programme offers a comprehensive range of integrated health services across 6 sites in Narok County including HIV testing and counselling, Antiretroviral Therapy (ART)

Kenya Sanitation and Hygiene Improvement Program

Aims to contribute towards poverty eradication, health and environmental improvement, gender equality and long-term social and economic development
